Warranty Policy

XO 2-Year Limited Warranty 

 

Thank you for purchasing this hair dryer from Tri Technology. We are committed to delivering premium performance and durability. This product is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This warranty is valid only if the appliance is used in the country in which it was purchased. 

 

What This Warranty Covers: 

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. 

Failure of the motor, heating element, or switches due to manufacturing defects. 

Malfunctions not caused by user misuse or external damage. 

 

What We Will Do: 

Once you ship it to us, we will repair or replace the defective unit with the same or comparable product at our discretion. 

Cover the cost of replacement parts and labor for eligible warranty claims. 

Ship your warranty replacement at no cost to you (within eligible regions). 

 

Limitations and Exclusions: 

This warranty does NOT cover the following: 

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or using this appliance for anything other than the use for which it is designed. 

Normal wear, fading, and cosmetic damage. 

Appliances that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties. 

Appliances used for commercial or professional purposes. 

Damage caused by power surges, weather, incorrect voltage, or using incompatible accessories. 

Damage caused by not maintaining and cleaning the appliance regularly. 

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from Tri Technology or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must clearly show the purchase date and retailer. 

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim 

To file a claim, contact our support team at tri.tech/support. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice), a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. We may request the product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center unless otherwise instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. An RMA number may be required prior to return; our support team will provide instructions during the claim process. 

 

Legal Disclaimer 

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tri Technology shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
