Who We Are
We're Tri Technology, a team of engineers and product designers based in Orem, Utah right at the base of the Wasatch Mountains.
Founded by CEO Zac Blume in 2024, Tri was built on a simple mission: create high-quality beauty and personal care technologies that actually work, and back them up with real world testing. We aim to deliver more technology to more people without the ridiculous price tags we’re all trying not to get used to.
We got tired of two extremes: cheap knockoffs that flood the market with no support, and overpriced "premium" brands that charge luxury prices for mediocre engineering.
Unlike the sea of faceless brands selling cheap imports under names you can’t even pronounce, we're a real U.S. company with real people you can actually talk to. And, unlike the overpriced household names, we focus on smart engineering, not inflated marketing budgets or expensive class-A office space. You’re doing business directly with people like you, on the same side of the planet.

Every product is conceptualized, designed, and prototyped right here in our Orem facility. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to bring our designs to life at scale, but the engineering, support, and quality control? That's all us.
Authenticity
We may live in a world of AI, but here at Tri we pride ourselves on our extreme focus on honest content and authentic product portrayal. We don't use AI media, and we don't use stock images with our products Photoshopped into them. Even the results you see are achieved by the use of our products. We provide our models with the same products weeks in advance, so what you see is real: real people using real products, no Hollywood magic. This means we might not have the most colorful, attractive content, but it's real. This mentality is central to our brand, to our products, and to our message.

When you need help, you'll talk to our team in Utah, not a chatbot or outsourced call center. We're here Monday through Friday, and we actually answer. No waiting days to get responses; we’re awake when you’re awake.

With our in-house team, we focus on every element of the product. We know everything we sell inside-and-out, making decisions based not only on experience, but dozens of hours of testing, prototyping, 3D printing, even hand-fabricating whatever is necessary to make the best products. We don't design things to be temporary; we design them to work well and last for years.
