These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, use of products, and use of our website located at shop.tri.tech (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

 

1. Products and Intended Use

Our products include consumer electronics, personal-care, and beauty devices such as hair dryers and related accessories (“Products”).

Products are intended solely for consumer use, in accordance with the user manual and all safety instructions. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use may void warranties.

 

2. Ordering and Payment

·       You are purchasing for personal use, and

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the Product to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier-related issues.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return:

·       Products must be in original condition unless defective,

·       You must follow all instructions in our return policy,

·       Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

 

5. Limited Warranty

We provide a limited warranty that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period specified in your product documentation or on the Product listing.

This warranty does not cover:

·       Damage from misuse, accident, modification, or commercial use,

·       Normal wear and tear,

·       Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.

DISCLAIMERS:
Except where prohibited by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Product Safety

You agree to:

·       Read and follow all safety instructions provided with the Product,

·       Use the Product only as intended,

·       Keep electrical products away from water, pets, children, and unsafe environments,

·       Ensure voltage compatibility with your outlets.

We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

·       We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or personal injury arising from use or inability to use the Product or Site.

·       Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
