XO 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your XO hair dryer. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange: no hassle.
To qualify for a return:
● The product must be in new or gently used condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
● You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
● Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the product is received and inspected.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, please visit tri.tech/returns or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us process your refund or exchange quickly.
After we receive your return:
● Our team will inspect the product to make sure it meets our return requirements.
● Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
● If you’ve requested an exchange, your replacement will be shipped out as soon as your return is approved — and we’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
● If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.
